The submission of our permit application will start a rigorous process to ensure that our outdoor dining facilities can withstand snow loads and cold weather conditions while meeting fire and safety codes have safe heating equipment and that all emergency exits are available and marked correctly with signage. Once we have received an inspection and have received approval we will post our occupant load sign in a prominent place.
