Negroni Week begins on June 24 and ends June 30 at Coastal Kitchen. During Negroni Week, we are offering $11 negronis. This delicious cocktail pairs perfectly with our menu, or you can enjoy it on its own. For each negroni purchased during Negroni Week, we will donate $2 from each purchase to No Kid Hungry.
The negroni is a signature cocktail known for its refreshingly bitter taste. Many believe that the negroni was invented in Florence, Italy by an individual who wanted to replace the club soda in his Americano with gin. Today’s negroni is made with gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth, and typically garnished with an orange peel. At Coastal Kitchen, we have several negronis for you to choose from. We have a coconut washed rum negroni, a gin botanical infused mezcal negroni, a white negroni, and a classic negroni.
Pair your Coastal Kitchen negroni with a meal during Negroni Week. We serve appetizers and small plates that are perfect for a snack, or entire entrees that can satisfy your hunger. From our appetizers and small plates menu, order our spicy mango guacamole made with avocado, fresh mango, cilantro, lime, and serrano. Another choice is our Coastal Steam Buns or our Coastal Wings. We even have Rasta Mussels made with P.E.I. mussels, pineapple, red bell peppers, roasted garlic, lobster stock, and cilantro. If you’re more in the mood for an entree, order the Surf & Turf burger, a seared tuna BLT, our veggie burger, or the signature Coastal Burger made with grass-fed beef, cheddar, house cured ham, grilled pineapple, housemade mango-habanero ketchup, and a toasted housemade bun.
